The food is always excellent, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful flavor combinations. As a person with celiac disease, their menu is well labeled and their staff well trained. I was able to find a lot of good options that are gluten free.
We came here for my boyfriends birthday as a stop on the way up north. The food was phenomenal and so was the service, I made reservations marking it as his birthday and they made him a beautiful card that just added to our whole experience. I have never been to downtown Midland before and didn’t know it existed, we would have never discovered the amazing downtown if it wasn’t for this place. We will 100% be back for this delicious place!!
We love Cafe Zinc. We've been there many times, but the time has come to offer some critical feedback. The food never disappoints, but the service is slowly getting worse. We're there a couple times a year and it's been a slow, but steady progression. Good help is hard to find, but at the same time the restaurants attached always have amazing service and wonderful people happy to do their job; the same cannot be said for Cafe Zinc.
