I came to Cafe Rudys with my family and we all had the best time! The food was great and the staff were so polite! The wait time is the only thing that we struggled with. Certain items came out before others and I think that is what matters when families visit because everyone wants to eat together. Otherwise everything else was great! I cannot wait to come back!
Haniya at Rudy’s Caf� did an amazing job! She made sure all our food and drinks arrived on time, was extremely polite and attentive, and regularly ensured we were comfortable throughout our visit. Her customer service was excellent, and she made the whole experience even better. It’s always lovely to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you, Haniya, for making our visit such a pleasant one! Highly recommend!
Wouldn't reccomend for families as you can smell the shisha while eating. Wait for food was almost an hour long and same for the dessert. Cost 6 pound for 3 fish fingers. Service was poor and what on earth was that poor excuse of a Cola. Food was also subpar. Customer service was poor, had to wait 5/10 mins at a time before we could get a hold of any staff members. Staff started placing dessert plates on the table without clearing previous plates despite us requesting that our table be cleared 2/3 times.
food is honestly terrible i’ll be honest i will never eat from here everyone who has been here have said the same it’s bad the food doesn’t taste nice it’s more for the aesthetic wouldn’t recommend if your going for food and ur hungry the place though is nice for pictures and the staff are kind but other than that the food is not it
we had so much fun yesterday at cafe rudys we went to celebrate my friends birthday and had the best time! The inside is gorgeous and always kept clean. big thanks to vanessa who made the whole experience even better she was amazing and so was the other girl we forgot to ask for her name but she had red hair so thank you both for everything x
