Had an excellent lunch here on our way back from Copper Harbor.
Two times 2 weeks apart I've sent my fiancè here to order the Agate latte. Both times she explicitly asked for it hot, and both times received a cold iced coffee that tastes nothing like how the Agate is described. She did not ask to fix it because there was already a massive amount of people waiting for orders and she didn't think the time investment was worth the wait.
Food was great. Like most coffee shops, you order at counter, or online and bus your own table. Especially liked the sour dough bread

Barista was able to make recommendations based on the drink I was looking for, kind and upbeat
