Service unfriendly, not child friendly, overpriced (ok) food – I used to go to this restaurant years ago and I rather enjoyed it. I have just moved back to New Orleans and decided to try Cafe Roma again. Unfortunately I found that the service was not friendly or good, the food was okay and now that I have a child I realized that it is not child friendly. There is no childrens menu (how hard is it to make one of those), then if you order something like meatballs for your child under the age of 2 they charge you $14 for it. Fu... read more

One of the better pizza places in New Orleans! – Ever since I was first introduced to this restaurant, I have always loved Cafe Roma. The service may lean toward the slower side, however they are exceedingly friendly! If you're dining in, you'll be pleasantly surprised that there is never a wait to be seated, ample seating, and good ambience. It's a good lunch AND dinner place. The food is always wonderful. Fresh, hot, and delicious. It's surprisingly difficult to find quality pizza in New Orleans, but this restaurant has ab... read more

Are you kidding – Horrible service. Screwed up order and did not even attempt to fix. Is their delivery driver's tire always flat or is it just me. Will never order from there again.

Great food... – I'd been wanting to try Cafe Roma for a while and ended up going there on a whim last night. The service was a bit slow but our waitress was very friendly and the food was great! We really enjoyed everything we had from the breadsticks and our salad to the pizza and pasta. Good Italian flavors and at a nice price too! We will definitely be going back!

Editorial Review – Freshly-made pizza with gourmet toppings, pastas and salads abound at this local chain in the Lower Garden District; delivery available.

Best pizza ever! – I'm from Philly, and went to law school in New Orleans. Used to live behind this place on Sophie Wright Place. Best pizza I've ever had, and I think the key is the crust, a wheat crust, and the cheese and toppings are also excellent. Good value, too.
