The Cafe Renaissance is right across from NCCU. Today Feb 5 I thought I give it a try. The inside is nice with alot of space, they offer free WiFi which is a plus for me since I'm a student at NCCU. The food was pretty good I ordered the cheeseburger meal with fries. The burger was pretty huge so it will fill you up. The staff was great I even met the owner he was pretty cool. Although the food was tasty, especially the roll, I would not eat here again. I ordered the Shrimp Po-Boy. It was eight pieces of store bought shrimp with a sauce that looked and tasted like a mixture of ketchup, mayonnaise and a few spices in a large roll. For eight dollars the roll should have been filled with shrimp instead of the roll over whelming the shrimp.
