I had lunch at Cafe Petra Greek & Lebanese Restaurant Katy for the first time, and it was a wonderful experience. I ordered the chicken shawarma and gyro combo plate. The dish included a feta salad, hummus, rice, and tzatziki sauce on the plate, along with a basket of pita bread. The chicken shawarma was tasty, though the meat was a bit dry. First time visiting this place for a to-go order, and I have to say the food was delicious! We ordered the Gyro Sandwich, Chicken Shawarma, and the Kafta Kabob Plate, and everything was fresh, hot, and very flavorful by the time we got home. The hummus and salad dressing were also absolutely delicious. If I had to nitpick one thing, I wish the gyro sandwich came with a side of tzatziki sauce. 😊 We'll definitely be back!
Great food, service, portions. We tried this place on a whim and it was great! Gyro, chicken shawarma, and lamb shank were all delicious. Highly recommend.
The food was tasty, freshly prepared and generous. Everyone in my party of 9 had something different and was happy with her choice. Our waitress was very accommodating and answered our questions regarding menu options. A very pleasant experience!
