Hands down one of the best diners around. They had a twist on the Eggs Benedict and call it a Irish Benedict. AMAZING! Also, the pork chop breakfast was insane! Veterans welcomed here and they have military discount. I will be a regular here!
If you like a simple good priced breakfast joint this is the place. The building is run down but the food and the prices were great!

Cafe Perks OBT has been a reliable and responsible restaurant for many years. Their food is great both in house and take out with ample servings for a full plate of food. They even survived the pandemic and help supply us with food when many similar places folded. Always a friendly place to gather and socialize with the staff and visitors. Worth the drive to the packing district that's now congested with more traffic.
