Attended the NYE party at the Houston Museum of Natural Sciences where Café Natalie staff were tending to the bars. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly, polite, and helpful.
Cafe Natalie catering service is amazing. Their customer service is good and the food is spectacular. The few things I would like for them to fix or do better for their future events is 1. Do better at distributing the appetizers to the entire crowd at the cocktail hour portion of the event. We have worked with Cafe Natalie for the last two years for our corporate holiday party and we will absolutely work with them again in the future on other events! They are responsive, and their attention to detail is fantastic. They provide excellent food and service and can customize their packages to fit any event theme! We have also had great success with their bar services. 10/10 would recommend working with them for any event!
