We were told there would be a 15-minute wait, but we ended up waiting a total of 45 minutes. During that time, a table of six who arrived after us was seated before our party of four. I was already exhausted from holding a baby while my toddler was having a tantrum, so the extended wait was especially frustrating. With over 17million views of my posts.. this service and owner decision upsets me. CHECK YOUR FOOD if your order take out!! Ordered Tori Katsu Kake Udon, when I got home, they forgot the main ingredient Katsu!!! Wth!!!🤯🤯 I called and they admitted to forgetting it, the owner apologized and offered to deliver the Katsu. I kept telling her my meal will be cold by then, she refused to provide a new meal!! We went at the beginning of dinner. Not really for dinner but our extremely lazy morning and afternoon brought us here. The restaurant was clean and sufficiently air conditioned. There weren't as many people as this was sort of an odd hour (4:30 PM) We got the Advocado Egg Sando and the Katsu Omurice. The Advocado Egg Sando came with dressing but we requested it on the side. Not sure how these places survive, use the worst materials and gives the least quantity, perhaps in order to offer a lower than market price but there is so little room to do that at the bottom of the market given competition, it is a losing strategy as people do have a minimum requirement as to food quality and value for money. Service by the two hard working ladies is fine,but like I said, fool me only once!
