I was there for Sunday brunch. The price is right. however the quality is out of question. Do not wast your time and money
We ordered a veg and non-veg thali for the 2 of us. And that was a great meal. But on a different occasion we went for the lunch buffet and had a horrible experience. The food was below mediocre and was super expensive. I would rather visit Maharaj's in Ventura for buffet!
Just okay – I've been here a number of times for dinner to get my Indian food fix. The food is okay, but I always end up finding my bill to be more than expected. The prices are about the same as other Indian restaurants in the VC, but the serving sizes are a tad smaller. It's worth a try if you have a coupon or just want to give another Indian restaurant in the area in hopes that you like it. I do not recommend the fish curry dish.
Best in Area – We love going to this restaurant because it serves great Indian food at good prices and is local. Much better than driving into LA. We always enjoy it!
Lovely restaurant. Completely genuine. Food extremely good. Worth asking for the "white" meat if having a chicken dinner otherwise you'll get bones and dark meat. Polite, quiet, respectful service. By genuine Indians. Good value for money. Shame about the location!
Real Indian food – For years we been wanting a indian restaurant in camarillo and we finally got it and a good one too. The min you walk in you can feel and taste the food. the restaurant is beautiful. the food is great. the service is best best. its ran by the owners. so you can expect the best. i will go back.
best indian food ever – I love Indian food, and Cafe India has the "best best best Indian food" in ventura county. This is the most authentic food I have had, and I have gone to many Indian restaurants. You have to try the rak of lamb - it is amazing!
yummy yummy yummy, try it! – This place is extraordinary. It's tucked in a mall behind sizzlers. You will become a raving fan of their food.... absolutely everything is delicious. and the service is great as well.
