New Orleans Meets Ybor..A Tale Of Two Cities..Cafe Creole Seafood House. This is one of my all time favorite places to dine! The atmosphere is remarkably like that of New Orleans. This restaurnat has a French Quarter influence and boasts an oyster bar with an arcade as well.
