Work Downtown / Need Food – Stuck in my office almost all day and needed food and remembered Cafe Courier could deliver to me.And there they were in 45 minutes with my Spaghetti Warehouse.
cafe courier – i called, ordered food for seven friends, explained that i had lost my bank card... all fine... they brought the food here, TO MY HOUSE< and wouldnt give it to me. b/c i had a check.. i explained on the phone, i was paying w/ a check.... fine fine... we have the money. no card. they took the food and tossed it b/c the guy on thephone had no right to say they would take a check. what? throw the food away? bull crap they suck. suck. and then THEN wouldn't answer my calls. until i called private. jerks. total unp... read more
Thank you Cafe Courier – I have a family memeber who is house bound and does'nt like pizza all the time. Cafe Courier gives him many more options for dinner. Thank you for being around
perfect for working family – My wife and I don't always have a lot of time to cook dinner and have ordered Cafe Courier many times. With 2 kids and 2 working parents, they have came through for us. Keep up the great service.

Pick it up yourself – Good luck if the restaurant they pick food up from gets your order wrong. Cafe Courier will not help you. Sure, they'll redeliver, but good luck eating with your loved ones after their food is cold while you wait another hour. I wanted to return the entire order, but they wouldn't let me. They only offered to give me a credit for my item if I didn't want to wait an hour. As if I'll order from here again. They don't care about their customers anymore! – My husband and I were customers of Cafe Courier for several years. The last couple of times that we ordered, they either got it wrong, or it took 2-3 hours to deliver (on a non-busy night). When they used to mess up, they used to apologize and give us a credit for delivery fee. The last couple of times, nothing. The last time, the manager told me she wasn't going to do anything, when I told her we were a long standing customer and that we'd never used them again, she said that... read more
You'll be sorry – I would avoid this company at all costs. I have ordered from them 3 times and they got it wrong twice. When I complained, they ignored me. I would have given them 0 stars if I could.
