Amazing service. Tim was wonderful and got out Z10 working again the same day that we dropped it off. 100% recommend these guys for all things Jura!
I took a machine down to the store, without realising it had to be booked in. The team were brilliant. The lady at reception went out of her way to assist and the technician had the issue sorted in less than 5 mins. My next machine will be a Jura.

I cannot recommend Café Corporate highly enough, I have had my Jura Z7 for 13 years and it has been in only 3 times, but the service is next level. When I booked it in 1.5 weeks ago, I was told it would be between 4-6 weeks & they are totally transparent with how much it may cost, I was happy to wait, I love my machine and then just over a week I get a phone call from Joe that it’s ready to pick up. I can't speak highly enough about this company - my machine was fixed in a day - very friendly and helpful staff - if I could give 10 stars I would - I just wish they had a shop NOR..
