I cannot recommend Café Corporate highly enough, I have had my Jura Z7 for 13 years and it has been in only 3 times, but the service is next level. When I booked it in 1.5 weeks ago, I was told it would be between 4-6 weeks & they are totally transparent with how much it may cost, I was happy to wait, I love my machine and then just over a week I get a phone call from Joe that it’s ready to pick up. I can't speak highly enough about this company - my machine was fixed in a day - very friendly and helpful staff - if I could give 10 stars I would - I just wish they had a shop NOR..
Totally understand that the centre could only service coffee machines that are still under warranty immediately, otherwise it's a long wait due to a hugh backlog😔 However, Sarah was helpful and serviced my coffee machine as soon as I found and produced my receipt. Within 24 hrs I had my coffee machine back. Appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Thanks Deb and the receptionist at this centre.

Service was ok. They didn’t check a milk system, so we had bring our coffee machine to the service again. A front panel wasn’t installed properly at the first time, and wasn’t fixed the second service as well.
