In short, Ricky and Wladimir have been a Godsend. The espresso machine in the coffee shop I manage had not been serviced more than two times in three years because the previous management didn't think it was important. The service could not have been better and I was really in a pinch. They are kind, efficient, knowledgeable and a quick turnaround. I cannot recommend highly enough!
We couldn't have been more pleased with Vlad's care and attention to our Profitec 600 espresso machine. He showed up on time (they make house calls!), had expert knowledge of our machine, answered all of our many questions and best of all, fixed the problem AFTER we had taken the machine to another repair service for the same problem. We would use this service again without question.
After my commercial espresso machine went down after a power outage I called around to get some immediate help. After dialing several other businesses, I came across Cafe Care. Of all the calls I made, Ricky was the only one who responded quickly. He diagnosed the issue over the phone after sending him a picture of the machine’s interior and had me up and running in minutes.
Ricky showed up at our location fully prepared. He is extremely knowledgeable and more importantly listened first and promptly when through our Eversys Cameo found our problem replaced a part and he didn’t stop there he went through the whole machine to ensure there would not be another potential breakdown. Ricky is not a guy that wastes time he comes with one goal and that is to get your equipment up and running quickly!! Thanks Ricky you rock.
