customer service horrible. i ordered a chocolate mousse cake which had a strawberry on top. There was mold on the strawberry i told the lady there was mold she changed it but then she came and told me that the mold was not mold and that it was a chocolate shaving when it was clearly fuzzy green mold. But even before that, when she came to take our order her energy seemed unwelcoming and she seemed annoyed at us deciding what we wanted to order.
