I’m very disappointed with our experience today. My husband and I visited around 9:30–10:00 PM, and I asked the cashier for their best seller. Instead of explaining, she kept pointing to the menu board above. I have poor eyesight and couldn’t clearly see what she was pointing at, so I asked again. One of the best coffees here in Bacolod. I think their espresso machine can speak for itself. Service is also fast. I highly recommend their muscovado latte.
Trusty go to place for a hearty meal! The bread is unbelievably soft and the beef is tender and flavourful for the foot long I ordered, the wine selection was also very good and reasonably priced. This flagship store was quite recently renovated and it was really well decorated! Cafe Bob also boasts a nearby original restaurant a street across and it was already famous there, don’t miss the chance to dine at one of the top fine restaurants in Bacolod!
We ordered the white chocolate raspberry cake, which was honestly the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Super creamy and well-balanced. I also tried their chocolate carrot cake for the first time. They recommended heating it since many people like it warm, but it ended up crumbly and hard to eat in slices. I personally would’ve preferred it chilled. My husband ordered coffee, which he enjoyed.
