Excellent environment. We had breakfast on the patio with our dogs. We ordered at the front desk, food was brought out in a timely manner. We got the classic breakfast and the eggs benedict. Food was great, portion sizes were great. Would definitely go again. They have a parking lot right out front. Dog-friendly patio. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Stopped by Cafe Aurora during our time on Orcas Island and ordered the falafel sandwich along with a few other items. The falafel sandwich was fresh and flavorful with a nice balance of textures — crispy falafel, soft bread, and well-paired sauces and veggies. Food was overall bland. Assembly was inconsistent and disappointing, especially for the price. Much of it was self-serve, including coffee. Staff were nice.
