Did you ever go to a High End restaurant that changes your silverware at every course? That is what the staff does here. Everything was probably organized by Chef Adam Zieminski.If you go to they’re website look up his credentials in the “About Us” very impressed! It's not worth the price.
Warned ahead of time that the food experience could be mixed, I was thrilled to find that the Korean BBQ ribs were delicious. Moist, flavorful and perfectly presented, I was happy. My dining partner's salad on the other hand didn't look very exciting. Then again, it's hard to make bibb lettuce something to write home about. Cafe Adam bills itself as fine dining, but our annual family get-together for six people, on Wednesday August 5th, turned into a string of basic failures. Seated at the "Charles Hotel" table, we waited nearly an hour for our food. Two steaks arrived without the sauces that had been ordered.
