My experience at this place has been limited to breakfast and while the menu is a bit on the limited side, in that there's really nothing that you couldn't make at home, its overall excellent for what you're looking for. May I recommend the outdoor seating when the weather allows. Given that this is Florida, I would imagine that it's nice enough to sit outside 11 or so months of the year. While visiting Fernandina Beach, my husband, 3 yr old son and I went to Café 4750 for dinner, arriving just after 530. We were the first ones there (it was a Monday) and without a reservation, but were seated right away, next to a window with a beautiful view. My son was cranky but the server was great with him (I'm betting she has little ones herself) and the overall service was fantastic. Had an informal celebratory lunch at the cafe. I started with the casaer salad and had one of the daily specials - the blackened snapper with cheese grits served with a side of vegetables. Overall I really enjoyed my meal, and aside from a few minor hiccups, the service was good. The snapper was the absolute best part of the meal - cooked perfectly and very tasty.
