I lived in Louisiana for 4 years and the food here tastes just like it does down there. The fried crawfish po boy was fantastic
I’m a breakfast kind of guy. My wife met a man at the Bozeman Pickleball Courts who suggested Cafe Zydeco for lunch. I’m not knowledgeable in things Cajun, at least I wasn’t until I ate at Cafe Zydeco. Now I’m looking forward to the next time I get this kind of experience. Wowee! I had a Crawfish Omelet, it was covered in the little critters and the most flavorful stuff called étouffée. It was a beautiful dish and paired with a dark, rich, black coffee I was enchanted.
