our family used to go to Zupas, no more.... locations in Phoenix Az are dirty, food is not good quality and stores are not well managed. feel there are better places to go. dining at zupas was good quality initially after they opened but has declined. chain is managed from corporate office in Sandy Utah by managers Dustin Schulties and Robert Seely. have to wonder if they visit/inspect their stores??
PLEASE BUILD A STORE IN ROUND ROCK/ PFLUGERVILLE TEXAS !!! They don’t have ANY soup salad places ! Help save us from endless BBQ / Fried Chicken / Mexican food !
Food is good when you can get it. Ordering on line is a joke unless you in fact have time to sit and wait 15-30 minfor your order. This seems to be a systems issue with Zuppas as I have now had the same experience at three different locations in the last month. Don't bother with Zupas if your on a schedule.
shady business practices. Pull promos & don't fulfill promo terms. They never want to help or attempt to help fix an issue of rewards & unfulfilled promo terms. Most recent promo from 12/2/25 removed on 12/3/25 even after all terms fulfilled.
Ridiculous that they don’t include everything they offer in the DoorDash app. You can’t order the Dubai strawberries through DoorDash. All they need to do is put a lid and a sticker over the lid for safety. When we do our company luncheons for our shop guys we are ordering for 50 or more guys and we use to order from here but since they don’t include all the options on the DoorDash app we now order elsewhere.
