Ridiculous that they don’t include everything they offer in the DoorDash app. You can’t order the Dubai strawberries through DoorDash. All they need to do is put a lid and a sticker over the lid for safety. When we do our company luncheons for our shop guys we are ordering for 50 or more guys and we use to order from here but since they don’t include all the options on the DoorDash app we now order elsewhere.
I go to the West Saint Paul, Minnesota store. Food is good. Service is great! However, it is FREEZING in there! They told us they cannot control the temperature. It is controlled through corporate in Utah! Very uncomfortable!
I worked for the company for 10 1/2 years, traveled to multiple states with the company opening stores. Found out federal taxes didn’t get takin out of my check for 5 months. Got fired on my day OFF by a TEXT message with no reasoning of why I was being let go. Than get a letter today saying my name and social have been stolen out of your guys system. Which is funny because this supposably happened in October and I got fired in august so why was my information even still in the system?! Now I have to deal with this..
Ordered dinner and spent 35.00. I ordered delivery. Never got my order. When I called them they just tried to cover their butts and referred me to door dash. Door dash referred me back to them. So a regular (now former)customer is out 35.00 with nothing but a snotty attitude.
Offers on app don't work, calling the store doesn't work, they redirect you to this office and then calling customer service goes directly to voicemail and they don't call back so if you want to redeem an offer you can't because it doesn't work. It's a good way of taking money but not letting us redeem offers. I have never seen a company where the customer service call directly goes to voicemail.
