I worked for the company for 10 1/2 years, traveled to multiple states with the company opening stores. Found out federal taxes didn’t get takin out of my check for 5 months. Got fired on my day OFF by a TEXT message with no reasoning of why I was being let go. Than get a letter today saying my name and social have been stolen out of your guys system. Which is funny because this supposably happened in October and I got fired in august so why was my information even still in the system?! Now I have to deal with this..

Ordered dinner and spent 35.00. I ordered delivery. Never got my order. When I called them they just tried to cover their butts and referred me to door dash. Door dash referred me back to them. So a regular (now former)customer is out 35.00 with nothing but a snotty attitude.

Offers on app don't work, calling the store doesn't work, they redirect you to this office and then calling customer service goes directly to voicemail and they don't call back so if you want to redeem an offer you can't because it doesn't work. It's a good way of taking money but not letting us redeem offers. I have never seen a company where the customer service call directly goes to voicemail.

Dirty lobby, dirty towels on counter in food prep area, restrooms were atrocious and hadn’t been attended in what appears to be hours, used tray and dish area was hideous, employees touching their face then touching food, and when I asked to speak to the store manager, she appeared to not care about the situation. Food hasn't been consistent. While the quality of food is good your order comes different every time you order it. The drive through ordering is ridiculous. The people at the window can't verify your order with you so it's a surprise every time if you get what you ordered or not. Corporate needs to train these employee's better or they will start losing business. They open at 11:00 and then you drive there only to find out TODAY they may just decide to open at 11:30.
