They were very quick and the food was delicious. Both Preston and Jamie made the whole experience great with their amazing attitudes and professional setting manners. They did not rush me, and explained what was in the soups that I could not see the ingredients for. My family enjoys eating here very much.
we came to get some dinner tonight and preston and jamie were amazing i’ve been multiple times before and they always help us out, they are very sweet and make sure we have everything we need, they are fast and professional, they really make coming to zupas a great experience, i am always pleased and will continue to visit!
Terrible service from Melissa and Preston. They gave me the wrong sandwich and didn't resolve anything. In the end, I just asked for a refund—a sandwich! They did something quick and served people who came after me.
