Overall I like the concept of this place. It's a health-focused counter serve restaurant with a focus on build your own bowls or salads. The biggest problem I have with this place is the confusing ordering process due to how many options they have combined with the price. If you order a bowl, you only get a limited amount of things to add on before they start charging for each topping. All protein costs extra money as well. Food is always solid. I came with my family and normally have a good experience. I went inside and got a salad with almonds and strawberries (strawberry harvest salad), but the almonds were very little to none. I went to ask the guy at the start, Charlie and he was very rude and didn’t want to give me anything, even a few more. Than decided to chat about the issue to everyone. Team leader….. more like trash team leader. Will not be coming back to this location!
This is a really nice place and I will be back. Soups are delicious and salads are plentiful and tasty. They have a wide variety of sandwiches too. Prices are extremely affordable.
