I’ve been to Café Zupas three times in the last month and at this point it’s safe to say I’m a little obsessed. The chipotle glazed salad is seriously a work of art. I’ve also tried the lobster bisque, Wisconsin cauliflower, and chicken enchilada soup, and somehow each one has been better than the last. And the best part? Staff was rude and inconsiderate, particularly the people greeting and taking orders. Wife found hairs in her sandwich as well.
Don't be like me and get tricked into paying extra for toppings. I thought it was like Chipotle. Complimentary. I didn't see anything on the menu saying they were extra. For how confusing the ordering felt, I'm surprised how busy it was here. I was also charged an extra dollar for the base meal according to the menu price advertised on the wall vs my receipt price. Everything just felt very sneaky and tricky. The only friendly employee was the man who put my bread and strawberry in the bags.
