I ordered through Grubhub and when I went to pick it up, it was a rainy day so I thought I could go through the drive thru, I could see it was not busy and there were a bunch of staff standing around and had to wait until someone noticed me to come to the window. I told them my order and they said I have to walk in and pick it up myself. They didn’t even greet me at the drive thru window and I had given them a tip on that order. Worst customer experience, and I love the food but this made me feel unwelcome.
I love Cafe Zupas! I am in charge of ordering for a large hospital. The food is always exceptional. The staff is so attentive and wonderful. I can't recommend enough!
Lovely atmosphere with music. Lots of food choices. Had the BBQ bowl and korean kick and lobster bisque. All delicious and filling. Rolls and strawberry are a nice touch. 47 with tip for 2. Way healthier than other places for same price
The cremini mushroom soup and pesto chicken is awesome. I also enjoyed the mango mojito drink. The chocolate covered strawberries were a bit of a let down- only half dipped. The service was alright, but the staff seemed unorganized- why is the team lead making salad and being a cashier at the same time, all while not taking his gloves off.
