Ordered the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and was so excited. I could have made it at home but decided I didn’t want to make the katifi myself. Well come to find out they forgot to add the katifi and I didn’t notice until I was home. So sad!! It’s too expensive to be forgetting main ingredients.
I was so excited to go in and finally get the chocolate Dubai strawberry’s only to get it and not get the Kataifi. I went back and told them they forgot it. That’s when they told me they had ran out. I wish they would’ve mentioned that before I ordered so I was a very horrible experience.
Your food is delicious! But I shouldn't have to wonder if they saw that I paid for extra chicken. Also, instead of reaching out to resolve my concern, they commented to say that if I had feedback, I could leave it on their site.
