Excellent, friendly service and wonderful food. Fresh, tasty and nourishing. Good decor. Good parking. Overall wonderful experience and satisfying food.
Never expected to be eating healthy food, but here I am and I liked it. :O Of course the chocolate dipped strawberry helped take the sting out of it ;)
I really like Zupas. But they don't keep their word when they make promotional offers on their app. They offered a 2026 sip pass after so many purchases in December 2025. I more than met their requirement and never got a sip pass. I've corresponded with their customer service with no real response.
The food has been slowly getting worse since opening. Based on other reviews my statement tracks. There’s no service recovery, and hardly any accountability for mistakes made in orders. The past few times I’ve gone to the store. I’ve been skimped on the amount of meat in my meal. I’ve also had my pick up combo meal with NO sandwich in the bag. Which ties back to the accountability.
