Aiden is the man! I'm not a fan of zupas. It's pretty mediocre food. The atmosphere also is very "lets go to the nearest temple and then pop some Ativan while we eat Zupas" But when I'm with company and they suggest zupas I will NOW be all in especially if Aiden is working there. He helped make an uncomfortable experience incredibly tolerable. In all seriousness Aiden was incredibly professional, efficient and personable. Good job dude!
This is one of the worst Zupas locations. Today when I ordered my food there was a bug inside moving around in my salad. First off that is disgusting. Second my husband took my food back to Zupas letting them know there was a bug in my food. They said sorry do you want us to remake it for you. Bruh obviously not so I can get another bug no thank you. They didn’t give me a full refund due to not having a receipt but I wasn’t given one in the beginning.
