Foods ok, overpriced. DO NOT ONLINE ORDER ONLY UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH AND CAN EXPECT 30+ MIN DELAYS. just go in. You can watch people get served and sit down or leave quicker walking in rather than online. The online line / section is always severely lacking especially in the evenings.
Got an Avocado Turkey Sandwhich which looked loaded from the menu picture. Ordered to go and when I sat down to eat the sandwhich, It was 90% Bread(Minuscule on EVERY ingredient but Bread). No Hyperbole, it was 90% BREAD. Wish I hadn't tipped at all, after eating that sandwhich. 10+ Dollars for Bread basically. Will NEVER eat at this location again(or probably any Cafe Zupas really) After this experience. Rip Off.
The man who made my salad didn’t have gloves, and put the salad into a dirty/used bowl. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention, he didn’t do anything.
Mediocre food preparation and mediocre accuracy with orders. I've never once done a mobile order from this location that has not been missing a component or two or had something significantly incorrect. Things like: sandwiches being made on the wrong bread, the completely incorrect soup being labeled as what was actually ordered, no one had a strawberry in their order, no one had a roll.
