Staff was great ! Tayvin was outstanding and so courteous
I would like to express a concern regarding hygiene. During my visit, I observed a staff member wearing their work apron outside the restaurant area and then returning while still wearing it. I understand that maintaining high sanitary standards is fundamental in the food industry, so I would appreciate it if these practices were reviewed to ensure customer safety.
I LOVE Cafe Zupas, and I LOVE this location. The food is always amazing and the people working there are so very kind. I just went in today and there was one person who was especially kind. His name is Jose. He says “Hi! Welcome in!” to everyone and is always willing to go out of his way to help someone. I would 100% recommend this location!
Horrible, the food was badly prepared and we were served incorrect sizes. It was unprofessional and we were ignored by employees while eating in line for about 5 minutes. I usually love this place but probably won’t return horrible experience.
fire food and amazing drinks. came here 3 years ago when we traveled and had to come back 3 years later because i never forgot it
