The Avocados were brown and when asked to not put olives on they were still on the salad.

I really only go to Zupas when my husband is out of town, as there prices have gone up and there portions of got smaller. (Thanks for the scoop of 2 strawberries on my $13 salad) I don’t leave bad reviews often and trying to be fair but this location was just very under staffed. After waiting in line to pay for my food with only 4 people in front of me for about 25 minutes total of a wait. By the time I sat to eat my food it was cold. Love their soups, salads, and sandwiches, but their protein bowls are my new obsession. My favorite is the Mediterranean Bowl, but I also enjoy the Golden Curry Bowl and the Southwest Avocado Bowl. The drink bar is also an added bonus.
Idk what's changed but my bowl was less than half the usual portions. The service was great, portion and food, meh. I'll stick to the Draper location.
