I came to zupas today and had a lovely experience. The service was amazing. I was helped by Hadyn and Connor and I believe they should be considered for a raise!
Hadyn was extremely respectful and friendly. Her service was outstanding, and she consistently went above and beyond. She is a valuable asset and truly deserves recognition, including consideration for a raise.

Food could be better, the soup is watered down sometimes which can be frustrating, especially when paying for extras to end up barely being the meal. Doesn’t happen every time, but can be annoying.
