BE CAREFUL. They automatically add a tip to your bill when ordering at the drive thru and you have to manually remove it. Isn't it their job to prepare your order and bring it to the window for you? What is there about that that deserves a tip?
I haven't been here before I couldn't believe it was 18$ for a soup and grilled cheese. CRAZY. Won't be back
I did a mobile order and did it for the drive thru, thinking it would be quick and easy. I went at what time it told me my order would be ready, and left way past it. Waited in the drive thru forever at the same spot, the line was not moving at all. After waiting forever, and being the last car in the drive thru, I was able to back out and ended up just walking inside to get my food. We love Zupas but this location is so inconsistent. We just went through the drive through and they totally got the order wrong (we had to order from a kiosk and didn't make any modifications). The reciept had the right items but they weren't made correctly (wrong dressing, missing rice, had brown avocados with the shells in it). It's so disappointing to get home and realize that it's not what we ordered.
