Super disappointed and frustrated. Placed order on zupas official website at 6:15, said it would be ready by 6:28. Headed out and when I got there at 6:30, cars were really backed up. I got in line and didn’t move for over 20 minutes. Waited in line for over an hour, and when I finally got the order, food was cold and sandwiches soggy. Waited an hour for an online order pickup.
Employees freak out during a small rush and become very rude especially the blonde with glasses. Even the other employees had to apologize for how she acted and they were very polite. But would not recommend ordering from here especially if you hate waiting forever for your food!
I genuinely love the food here, which makes the consistently abysmal drive-thru experience even more frustrating. What exactly is the purpose of offering mobile ordering with a designated pickup time if customers are still expected to sit in a drive-thru line for 45 minutes beyond that time?
