We've been to this location several times and have always been disappointed. The Layton location is fabulous with fair portion sizes. This location skimps on pretty much everything, fills the to go soup cups 2/3 or less full. On one visit our Wisconsin cheddar soup ( ordered by 3 of us) was missing the cheese- it tasted like flour and warm water and was half full. The last 2 times our sandwiches were missing THE MEAT. I had a really strange experience today at Zupas. Ordered 2 large soups and a half side of salad to-go, waited to move down the line and the guy working soups told me to move down the line and I just asked if I was getting a salad because I didn't see one. With an attitude he asks "a half!?" I said yeah a half Ceasar, he asks again "a half right!?". Confused and kinda frustrated I said yes.
