I used to go to this location 3-4 times a week and it WAS great. But since they got new management this location has become the WORST!!! Plan on waiting 45 min for a pick up order and then having your order wrong! The last time I went there it took 30 min to get through the line. My friends soup was cold and the manager made everyone else's order except mine (intentionally since I had complained about my orders being wrong previously so he has a grudge against me... Super disappointed with Zupas because it seems they’ve changed all their recipes! I used to have a go-to order and it is nothing like it was a few years ago. The soup is watered down and taste-less and my sandwich has decreased in quality too. I won’t be frequenting anymore!
We love zupas. Tonight was not a great experience. We stood in line for 15 minutes with out moving. And we left before even ordering. They had 15 food times sitting in the line but nothing was moving. Zupas needs to figure out a better ordering system. By the time you get your food it would have been sitting out for 15 minutes. This is the same at every zupas and might need to se something that needs to be addressed on the corporate level.
The noise level in there is very loud. It is difficult to visit. We have started ordering online and bring you home.
