Update 9/2026 favorite green herb vinaigrette dressing is discontinued. Tried others. Not a fan. Food tastes fresh but portions are still inconsistent. If they take a scoop of chicken and half of it falls out, that's still a scoop. Weird. My husband's salad literally had 5 small pieces of chicken as his protein. I went in there to pick up an online order and the place was dead, my reason for mentioning this is because I don’t know how. I regret not tipping for my online order. They had little notes written on every order. The food was phenomenal. I would 100% go back and recommend to others. You even get a chocolate covered strawberry berry for dessert. This place is everything Panera wishes it was and more. This place was so good it makes me want to open a Zupas near my house.
Deec corporate food environment. You get what you come for! I honestly enjoy the ultimate grilled cheese (add avo) and either a soup or a salad. Cafe is a little sterile so I always eat ToGo, but what can you expect from a chain like this? Gotten some great service from this location as well as some mid. Overall, I am a return custie and that’s all I got for u!
So i had ordered my meal this past Monday August 31st through the drive thru when I pulled up they said to pull up into spot 1 which I did. after waiting around 10-15minutes someone came out with my powerhouse bowl (i think thats what its called) and my soda. The guy mentioned sorry for keeping me waiting and that he refunded my order...
