Order contained items from a different person's online order rather than my own
Ordered delivery for my lunch today. Completely wrong order in the bag. Nothing was marked off to verify my order. Called the store and the girl was so incompetent of what I was saying and put me on hold for five minutes after I told her I just wanted to put a complaint in. Your job is not very hard (personally worked at zupas for two years). Please make sure my food is correct before you send it off.
Ordered a salad online today and was SO disappointed. I had no idea the “grilled chicken” was microwaved frozen chicken that was mushy and full of fat. Also the apples were SO slimy and mushy and the lettuce was wilted. I had a bad experience a while ago with their salads and thought I would try again- but that was a mistake. I will never order a zupas salad again. Definitely not worth the money
Used to be a yummy place for salads and sandwiches. Now the food is poor quality. Limp lettuce, brown avocados, nothing tastes fresh.
