I love their food, but they are always out of something! And is the slowest place known to man. There will be two people in front of me at it will take 15 minutes to get through the line.

Always takes forever to get the food. Not good at all! Even when ordering to pick up doesn’t change the long wait.
So i’ve been to Zupas before and this is not my favorite zupas. Now mind you, I went through the drive through so it is a different experience but ordering was on a screen pad and when I got to the window, it took at least 3 minutes for the person to come to the window to take my card for me to pay. They then had me pull forward to a stall to wait for my food which took about 8 minutes.
