Mal servicio definitivamente no eh tenido suerte en ninguno de los Café Zupas a donde eh ido con la atención solo atienden a los de la fila Hoy vine otra vez y todos me ignoraron y la tienda estaba vacía mejoren sus trabajadores por favor que sean más empaticos con los que pedimos comida para llevar
It is absolutely ridiculous for you ask for tips at the drive up window! I placed the order, I picked it up, noboby provided a service that warranted you even asking for a tip.
The drive through screen ordering system is a horrible experience. Easy to navigate, but if you hesitate and ask someone what they want, it times out and wipes your entire order. It also is difficult to customize what ingredients you don’t want. It’s difficult to reach, then tries to trick you into giving a tip which is ridiculous because the crew has to put in a minimal amount of effort to serve you. It saves the company a few dollars per hour at the expense of the customers experience. Great food though.
