Look, I came to Cafe Zupas in Highland expecting a sandwich and some soup, not to watch my grandfather get aggressively courted by two employees named Jared and Gustavo. At first, I thought they were just being friendly. Don't ask customers for tips at the drive through.
Zupas! What is wrong with your drive thru? America invented drive thrus and they work. It’s simple. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel with dingy screen order that no one can reach from their car. It slower than an iPad from 2004 and takes 20 seconds to load every time you click something. And then you have the audacity to ask for a tip on the screen I just spent 10 minutes fighting for my life on trying to buy a pesto chicken sandwich. What a joke! Everyone is so nice but they take a loooong time. I’ve ordered in person, in the drive thru and also done a mobile order-even if it says it’s ready it’s not. They also give almost no chicken on a half salad and the chicken tenders were ice cold in the middle. Def go to a different location til they get some things figured out :/
