I walked in for the first time trying Zupas and got a really chilly reception, no smiles , just irritatation cause I walked in around 8:50 to order and they were cleaning ! I get that they want to clean up and go but the bad attitude on everyone’s part was uncalled for !! All the stuff was still out and ready to serve , as it should’ve been ! I feel like Zupas in general is going down hill with their quality, we snagged a to go order last night and the wife's salad had a fly in it and my food has had my stomach turning all night, this is the only location I feel is doing this but we prices going up so much you would think the quality would be able to back it up
