A little pricey but not bad. Food is good and they have a variety of options.

Best Mushroom soup in al Zupas locations! I hadn't tried a soup as delicious as the mushroom one—until now, with the Italian sausage one 😋

Food is good, no issues there. Several members of the staff gave criticism to a different employee by shouting at them asking if they knew how to do the task they were working on correctly. Staff member in question come up to the line and asked follow up question on whay they thought was correct, where several employees chimed in that "its a whole process". Be better, correcting staff like this in front of guests make it seem like a hostile work environment and like newer employees are not cared for.
