I literally just waited in line for 40 minutes just to get soup to go. You should be helping customers that are in the store first not doing to go orders. The staff acted like no one was in line and when I asked for two rolls and didn’t put them in my bag and I asked for a pina colada and they said they were out. I love zupas but the service was not there tonight unfortunately.
The service is the worst I have ever seen. I have also never seen anyone move so slowly in my entire life. Waited 45 minutes for a to go order. Gave me my food cold and with an attitude. The bigger girl with pride glasses needs to be fired.

Sean and K’dee were the best ever!!! We will be back, Zupas is the best!!!
Been eating Zupas for years! I love Zupas the company but this location has rogue employees putting up hand written closed for meeting signs when they get a rush of customers and taking 45 minutes to make 5 tri two combo meals. No manager on site this place is currently ran by teenagers. Let me know when a manager is on site and I will return.
