Quality is not up to par with other Zupas locations. - Service is slow, even when it's not busy - The chocolate strawberries are stingy; all the ones I saw were less than halfway covered - Sandwiches are poor quality. Yesterday they left the avocado in a big chunk instead of slicing it so it wouldn't stay in the sandwich, and today there was an avocado slice that had gone bad and tasted nasty. They also gave me white bread when I asked for wheat and the sandwich was much greasier than Zupas should be.
This Zupas location is the best! Every time we visit—even when we’re just picking up a to-go order—we’re greeted right away. The staff is always busy helping customers, cleaning, and keeping things running smoothly. It’s so nice to see a team that’s focused on providing great service still. Great service and great food!
I love Zupas, this place is great, the team was really cool and efficient and the interior design is better than other locations I’ve been to. The food is always great as well and really healthy, clean ingredients.
I have to put one star to get someone's attention. This is the 4th time I have ordered a salad to pick up and and specifically asked for no tomato and every single time tomatoes end up in my salad. I can forgive one time, but over and over again it's annoying. I am on the city bus so I can't bring the food back, so I am stuck with it. I hate tomatoes.
