Wes was going above and beyond to help in detailed ways: like making things sit better in the box so soup didn't slosh around and spill. He was very personable and kind in a time when you don't see that very often. Wes, I hope they see you, dude!

This is the third time I've tried to do an online order here at this location for pickup. This is the third time that I have had to wait a long time to get my food on pickup. The app indicated our order would be ready at 6:49 pm we actually got it at 7:20. They said that they were overwhelmed. Therefore, our order was delayed by people coming in. Have a list of ingredients for your employees to follow. Barely any of them know all of the different salads. I doubt the president of zupas knows all of them. How do you expect these young people to know them all??? Customers get cheated by their lack of knowledge and not putting in the correct ingredients. And don't dump the last part of the old lettuce on top of the new lettuce... She said it was "only cut 4 hours ago" - If I wanted a 4 hour old salad I would have come in four hours earlier... Love this place. The food is pretty great but what really makes the difference is the staff. I've always been greeted warmly, they always bust their butt to get food out quickly, and they keep the dining area pretty clean for how busy they get. I appreciate having a healthy option in the plaza since I come here quite often, so it's an extra bonus that I also like the vibes.
