Absolutely Horrendous Service! Even if you order ahead and you get a text that your order is ready, you may still end up waiting 10-15 minutes for someone to help you, while people who arrived at the restaurant after you are helped and served first. They Desperately need new management!

I had a very disappointing experience getting dinner to go tonight. The employees didn’t seem to know what to do and it wasn’t clear who was taking the orders and keeping them organized. The cashier barely looked at us and in the middle of paying, her manager started giving her instructions on something unrelated, which we listened to while we waited to pay. I'm only ever in the area once a year and Zupas is a must every time. The soups are absolutely my favorite. The Wisconsin Cauliflower and the Mushroom Bisque are heavenly, I get them every year. I also love that every meal comes with the chocolate covered strawberry. Prices are super reasonable too!
