I ordered my food through the mobile app which was pretty easy. My order was ready for pick up my 8pm(even got a text for it). I went and drove through the the drive thru pickup, waited a good 10mins or so till someone came to the window. They asked me my name on the pick up, I told them my name first and last initial. They went back in, I figured they were getting my order. Open, airy and delicious! I loved walking in and being greeted by the friendliest staff ever! And on a busy lunch hour too! You pick your food cafeteria style and get your pick of soups salads or bowls, head down to desserts, pay and are done! The online pick up area is clean and in the back of the building. Tables were kept clean and while the place was filling up quickly, there were still plenty of tables to go around.

Staff need training on customer satisfaction. Customer service needs improvement at this location. There is no sense of urgency when placing an order. A lot of the time there will be multiple staff members behind the counter socializing with their peers & none will acknowledge you which makes it difficult to place an order or receive timely service.

Good food and normally helpful friendly staff. It was really busy when we were there so that accounted for mishaps with food orders.
