Friendly staff, quick service, good food, and a clean restaurant. But the new cheesy dinner rolls ain’t it. They gotta go. They’re way too dense, it’s like chewing on a my grandpa’s loafers.
First time guest - my wife and I thought the food, service and atmosphere was top notch. Food was fresh and although it was busy there was no line for food. Helpful staff and reasonable prices.
Our favorite for made fresh sandwich, salads, soups and protein warm bowls. Ohhhh the Dubai chocolate covered cherries
Anna, who I believe is a Hospitality Manager, treated me so well and was incredible to work with. Some of the best customer service I have had, I order from this location constantly and they are quick, efficient, kind, and quick to solve a problem. When I realized I placed my online order at a different location, Anna was quick to give me food at their location and provide a solution that benefitted me as the customer. I only have glowing things to say and love Zupas!
We had a little snafu with our delivery order (nothing from Zupas wrongdoing); however, Anna's level of customer service was incredible. She provided options for us and ultimately, made what could have been a horrible experience, a pleasant one.
