I want to take a moment to recognize the exceptional care and service provided by Ian C during my recent visit to Café Zupas. From the moment I walked in, Ian was attentive, kind, and incredibly professional. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my order was perfect and made the entire experience welcoming and seamless.
Sandwich was really good and salad was pretty solid. I wish they had a couple more sandwich options, but salads have a good array
Place was extremely busy for lunch mainly because of online orders. However manager and line employees worked extremely efficiently and with pace while sprinkling in great communication. I did not make an online order, but I had no problem waiting to allow them to catch up on them. The amount of customers that were coming in for online orders was quite astounding. Manager guy was super cool. You can tell he's a hard worker and knows what he's doing. The whole team had that vibe. Great experience and even better food!
