Love the nuts about berries salad! Sad they don’t have the tofu sandwhich anymore.
I’m sad that this experience was so bad. We had come here many times and always had a great experience before. But it was dirty and people were all over the place. I do want to give a shout out to the kitchen manager because she was professional and on point. The young men on staff need a lot of work on listening and doing what is asked of them. The person that was training the obvious new employees had them so flustered held up the line.. didn't even get everything that comes with my order I will not be stopping by again
Favorite! place to go for fresh and filling calories. Moderately priced and most of the time pretty quick.
Food at Zupa's is always delicious! I think the whole team from tonight deserves a big kudos for their efforts during the dinner rush when I was there. The team was so nice the whole time all while dealing with a plethora of mobile orders, rude Doordash/Ubereats drivers, and the steady stream of people coming in to eat at the restaurant. Daisy was exceptional as she handled the register and managed those coming in to pick up the mobile orders with grace.
