So yummy!! Zupas is always so great. I wish they still had their California panini. I also wish it were a bit cheaper. But it is always a treat to go there.
They forgot half of my order Even though they told me everything was in the bag… And the half that they did give me a tasted like it was a day old an reheated… Couldn’t finish it
Gave us fish soup instead of chicken soup was Luke warm cost 45$ for two of us the cheese cake was good been there twice not going back
I generally like Zupas. The food is good and the workers are kind. I’ve come to this Zupas several times and I would say 80% of the time I’ve done a mobile order, it has either taken a ridiculous amount of time to get it or it’s wrong. I’m not sure if they are understaffed, but this location needs some serious help. I’m writing this review as I’ve been sitting in the pick up lane for 27 minutes! That’s insane! Please fix this!!
We visited Zupas not expecting much the day after Christmas however, the workers there were amazing and super kind. Especially Enzo and Max. Both gentlemen were extremely nice during the busy time.
