Placed a pick up order. Was told by the system when I ordered a 12 minute wait for a ASAP pick up time. Waited over 30 minutes for my order to be ready. Then had to wait longer because the oyster crackers were out of stock at the counter. Got home and my soup is 3/4 full. I get it not being all the way full for transporting. But for a $14 meal this is ridiculous.
Still waiting for my food that was ordered an hour ago online and was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. Would have been faster to just walk in and order, as multiple people that arrived after me and ordered when they got here have already gotten their food.
Amazing food!
The sandwich tasted good but was too small for the price. Also, like most restaurants, the sandwich looked nothing like the picture advertised.
