I just ordered a to go order of mango berry salad with extra chicken ,I received only lettuce … but I paid for a “salad “ .
Healthy food with a reasonable price!
We’ve been to this location multiple times recently and every time leave feeling frustrated. The service is so slow and feels like they prioritize online orders over the in person customers. Tonight we witnessed unhygienic practice while handling food as well. The employees were touching their hair, face, clothes, check out screens with the same gloves used to handle food such as rolls and chocolate covered strawberries. The employees seem inattentive. Much prefer other locations such as the fort union one.
Overall, I love Cafe Zupas, but this location is awful! I have always had a problem here. Either the service is extremely slow, see the workers giving away free food to their friends, I got moldy cheesecake, and they gave me raw rice for a soup. Avoid this location if you can
