Tonight my mom ordered stuff for the family and we were missing a large soup and half of a combo we were charged for through door dash. The driver should have seen that stuff was missing but I feel it’s more important for Zupas to get the order right. Doordash still refunded us and we reordered missing items, but two sandwiches we got came with wheat and not ciabatta. New “juices” have oat or coconut MILK and sugar added. No more fresh herbs and fruit. Highly disappointed. Waited a long time to place order bc a large online order took precedence.

I got their new Hot Honey Brisket sandwich. Great if you want to spend $8 for about 2 tablespoons worth of brisket in a sandwich! The lobster bisque was okay, but also a very small portion for $8. Huge ripoff, never going again.
I love everything about zupas. The food is always good and the staff are very friendly. The reason I took a star off today is that my chocolate strawberry was covered in rainbow sprinkles. I’m assuming for pride month. I don’t like sprinkles on anything, so I wish I would’ve been given a choice. Other than that, I love this place. 🤗
