Definitely not the best location for pick up orders
Garbage piled so high that you could not empty your own tray
We’ve been to three different Zupas in 4 days. I love their menu and we don’t have it in Tennessee where I live, so thought I’d compare them. This Zupas was great, but we had the same order at all the locations and this one was the stingiest on ingredients—the Dubai sandwich (which is delicious) was more bread than ingredients (at the other 2 locations the ingredients were dripping out like the picture) and the mango-berry salad and nuts about berries salad were very carefully portioned (only 4 blueberries, 1/2 scoop of mang... read more
This has got to be the worst zupas ever. The employees are rude. I stood there ten minutes past my pick up time. When someone finally helped me, my order was not ready. When I got it, they were out of the marshmallow bar. They handed me my food And we're not going to refund me the $5 for the marshmallow bar. When I asked about this the rude employee said I'll get a manager and walked off. I stood there for another 5 minutes with nobody helping me. Mad and just left. I usually go to the Zuppas in Sugar House with my Aunt. I have never been to the one close to us at Quarry Bend Cayden, was the person who helped me with everything and told me about Zuppas app.. He was very kind and gave me excellent service! The food was great. I am giving 5 stars across the board. I'll be back there again soon!😊
