incredibly disappointed by how far this place has fallen. i have lived across the street for 11 years and have always never minded there food, it was good. i had started going there more often within the past year and am so fed up with how the place is now. the service has gotten god awful, i have to repeat my order at least 3 times every time i go, legitimately zero communication between staff. i get the same thing as i always get being the italian club and enjoyed that sand which, however tonight i have absolutely no idea ... read more

I had a really good experience at Zupas! Charlie and Bentley were both very helpful and friendly. Charles even helped us by taking our trays from the table when we were finished, which was a really thoughtful touch. We were there around 8:30 PM on Friday, September 12, and the great service made the experience even better!
Zupas is great anyway but this specific place is my go-to! They are always friendly and nice, very quick but also patient! I appreciate all the employees that I have worked with and have never had one complaint! Thank you for providing great food with great people!
