Pre-ordering your food online for pick up at a certain time does not work. You wait longer than people ordering in line! Not only was my food 15 minutes late in being prepared, there were people in line being served faster than me. It was explained my order was put in a que, poor explanation. If the food wasn't so good and the place was within walking distance of my apartment, I'd never go again!
The protein bowl was good, but the sandwich was basically the same as those gas station sandwiches that fool you into thinking there's actually a decent amount on them. it's 95% bread, but 2 slices of meat is enough to qualify for a sandwich I guess. The "southern" soup is just watery chicken noodle? Not great. I'd rather be disappointed in a gas station sandwich than a place I've liked going to for years but for $30 this was just sad.
