Terrific food across the board. The frites with truffle aioli, baked Brie, beef carpaccio, tuna tartare and escargot were all excellent. We'll be back.
Third visit to Kitty Hawk Café and at this point I can confidently say: 10/10 every single time…. The food is UNREAL. Everything tastes fresh, thoughtful, and beautifully put together. Today I had the Caprese sandwich with fresh pesto, mozzarella, local tomatoes and arugula and it was absolutely ridiculous in the best possible way. Cafe Kittyhawk for Vanintines Day. This was the Prefix menu which of course I did not take a picture of so I can’t remember the names of all these dishes It was a very delicious meal, I like the uniqueness of each dish. The cocktails were fantastic. The purple one is called a bees, knees, and I liked it so much. I immediately went to buy the ingredients to make it at home. The service was amazing. It made for a very special night. 
We tried the Nighthawk menus for the first time, and we shared the baked oysters, shrimp, escargot in croissant, baked Brie and the loaded seafood Caesar, and every dish was delicious. The shrimp were HUGE, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The escargot in the croissant was rich and buttery, the baked Brie was heavenly, and the oysters were rich with flavour, outstanding.
