Order placed a month ago, still not processed. I sent an email 2 weeks ago to get a refund, still no joy. That’s what we call best customer service! Next step is to called my credit card to open a dispute to get that charge removed from my bill.

Another recent one star review 🤔 what is going on here? Product ordered in November, only communication was late December letting us know it was stuck at Port, and again saying expected mid-feb. Asked for an update, no reply, but same day sent a tracking number. Over a week later and has not been shipped. Hoping we will shut up because you sent a tracking #? Attention Arnaque ! Ne commandez jamais avec cette société ou vous perdrez votre argent et votre temps. J’ai acheté sur leur site Web. Compte bancaire débité. Le produit n’est jamais arrivé et personne ne répond pas aux e-mails, aux messages instagram et au téléphone. Jamais reçu le tracking number demandé ! Ils sont censés déménager de leur entrepôt, mais il s’agit probablement d’un subterfuge. Faites très attention. Les apparences sont trompeuses. Je me suis fait avoir !

Do not order from here. I ordered a grinder in November from them. They said the shipment was delayed because of supply chain issues but they had an open box they could ship right away. I said the open box was fine with me I just wanted the grinder ASAP. I have not heard back from them since December even though I have reached out five separate times. Jasmin Tetreault is a scam artist I would also expect the same thing from his other company Nucleus Coffee.
