$4.86 for a Cortado is OBSCENE! Period! I can get the same (Doppio Espresso Macchiato with Extra Milk) at Starbucks for $3.35. That's 45% pricier at Cafe Delice. As much as I don't like supporting these big chains, unfortunately this price difference amounts to hundreds of extra dollars each year for my afternoon coffee break. The Cortado itself was good, but this is by far the highest priced Cortado amongst the specialty coffeeshops around my office building.
The Americano was excellent! After wondering downtown Ottawa starving in search of a gluten free breakfast, so happy to have popped in here for a coffee to keep me going.
This place is so great. I love being able to get dark chocolate drinks. This one is the orange creamsicle tea latte and it’s so good and not overly sweet.
