A friend recommended and Cafe Chameleon outdid her recommendation. Chef Sam’s food is fresh, vibrant, and brilliantly constructed. The cocktails are new and exciting with ingredients that are top shelf. If you want fine dining cuisine with a relaxed atmosphere, look no further.

I recently visited Cafe’ Chameleon located at 60 Main Street Bloomingdale NJ. Upon entering through the bar, you have an option to be seated there or within the larger main dinning room area. Both are aesthetically pleasing environments. Modern in appearance which creates an ultra modern vibe. Please note, the music was loud throughout the restaurant so if you’re looking for a more cozy atmosphere on date night keep this in mind. The food was fantastic from the meatball appetizer , the Brussel sprout appetizer was delicious. I had the salmon entre fresh and perfectly prepared. My wife had the chicken parm, and broccolini was not only delicious but a Hugh portion. All the food is from the farm to the table, and the fish is brought in daily. Sondra, the owner was a great foster and you can tell this is her passion. Don't miss an opportunity to eat at this restaurant it will become your favorite.

Went on Friday night. New chef, new menu. Food was fantastic. I had scallop special. Best I have ever had, so much flavor which got better with each bite. We will come back to try the tasting menu. Everyone was so nice and accommodating with great service! A local gem!
