We have visited a couple of Warehouses, and ended up making selection from Caesarstone Calgary. John, the associate working there, was very kind, and helpful to make the selection of the Quartz countertops and backsplashes, as there are multiple options that can make one very hard to make a selection, or feel confused. We have chosen Statuario Nuvo quartz using the kind help and advice of John. When we got them installed in our kitchen (see photos), it was, indeed, great.
Posted a review 7 months ago with a cry for help, and got no response. Impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. So called an independent Fabricator last week who verified that our Caesarstone is severely showing marks every place we've touched it with anything at all since install 3.5 years ago - fingers, dish soap, water, cooking oils, even our dishware - yes, putting a plate down on the counter is leaving scratch marks! The looks is good, but their quartz chips easily with regular use and they do not cover it under warranty - you have to pay to have it fixed.
Dear Caesarston - could someone please contact me to advise me on maintenance of my countertop? I have the Statuario Maximus in the honed (matt) finish, and in spite of thorough procedures, it is showing extensive water marks throughout, and black lines around the edges. I clean the counter top 3x daily (after every meal). I have a designated microfibre cloth for cleaning, and always dry immediately after cleaning using a designated tea towel.
