Terrible customer service! I had been in contact with the installer (Elite Stone) for days and was warned by them that the stone I purchased from IKEA would not be in stock. I was only contacted by Caesarstone with other options days later and only because we kept calling. I've been without a kitchen since early May, measurements were taken on June 2nd and I still don't have a countertop. Emails I sent remain unanswered. IKEA should not use this supplier!
Very Disappointed! We ordered a Caesarstone countertop via Ikea for our new condo kitchen renovation. We were told that it was in stock. We were also told that the installation would take place between 5-10 business days after measurements were taken. Measurements were taken the very next day after the cabinetry was installed. We waited 5 business days and I called to see how things were progressing. We were told to check our email as the installation date was now delayed by 4-5 weeks!
