I purchased my quartz countertops through IKEA. After the installation was completed, I noticed fabrication marks on the surface of the countertops. The marks appeared to be circular swirl marks, similar to those left behind by a buffer or polishing machine. They were especially noticeable under certain lighting conditions and when viewed from specific angles. Terrible customer service! I had been in contact with the installer (Elite Stone) for days and was warned by them that the stone I purchased from IKEA would not be in stock. I was only contacted by Caesarstone with other options days later and only because we kept calling. I've been without a kitchen since early May, measurements were taken on June 2nd and I still don't have a countertop. Emails I sent remain unanswered. IKEA should not use this supplier!
