Run away from this product as fast as you can. Not only is Caesarstone’s customer service a nightmare, the product is junk. Here’s one of their whites five years after installation. We followed all of the instructions on cleaning it. Nothing works. Look how yellow it is. Chips, stains—none of which we’ve had in the past with Silestone products. Worst mistake I’ve made in my four home renovations is choosing Caesarstone.

Im a truck driver trying to deliver my loads to 3 of these Ceasarstone Companies and none of them ,including there Headquarters will answer their phones. The ceasarstone in San Valley,California has refused to unload my truck though according to my paperwork I am on time and nobody on site speaks proficient English. Is this place open? I’ve been calling for 3 days interested in seeing a specific caesarstone product but no one answers the phone. Left a voicemail and no return call..
