We contacted Caesar's Pools this summer for a pool building project. From the start they were helpful, friendly, and responsive. In less than 12 weeks from our initial contact, we were swimming in our new pool! We had Caesar's pool put in our pool several years ago. Great experience great pool! Highly recommended
Called them over the winter to service my hot tub. Never got a call back. Clearly they were closed but message didn't say that. A month later they called back to say they open for the season in April. They took our name and number and said they would call in April and we would be one of the first they get to. No call came. We called in May and they could fit us in 3 weeks later. The service guy came and was horrible and unfriendly. We had never owned a hot tub.
