Been customer for quiet a few years, booked car in for mot, garage contacted me can I drop at 09.00. Contacted at 12.00 to say failed mot due to fuel leak, asked if I wanted it repaired and re-tested which I agreed. Went to garage just prior to closing and told that car not looked at but I can book it in for another time. Last couple years repairs have cost thousands, small job this time and not even a phone call to update me, had car for 8 hours. Will be the last time they will have my custom.
